- Editorial insights articles and research guides
- Deadline tracking and calendar views
- State and topic-based grant filtering
GrantMetric is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising and affiliate partnerships. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.
3. Permitted Use
You are permitted to access and use GrantMetric for lawful, personal, and professional research purposes, including:

4. Prohibited Conduct

- Using the platform in any way that could damage, overburden, or impair the infrastructure or services of GrantMetric or its hosting providers
- Uploading or transmitting any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive data
- Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation in connection with use of the platform
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
5. Intellectual Property
The GrantMetric name, logo, platform design, editorial content, AI-generated briefings, sector categorizations, and analytical metadata are the intellectual property of GrantMetric Intelligence Systems and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. While underlying grant data is sourced from public federal repositories and remains in the public domain, GrantMetric's processing, normalization, categorization, and presentation of that data constitutes original intellectual work. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from GrantMetric's proprietary content without explicit written permission. Linking to GrantMetric pages for non-commercial purposes is permitted and encouraged.
6. Data Sources and Accuracy
GrantMetric sources grant opportunity data primarily from the U.S. Grants.gov public API and other official federal data repositories. While we implement automated validation processes and update data frequently, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Grant deadlines, funding amounts, eligibility requirements, and availability are subject to change by the issuing federal agencies at any time. Users must verify all grant information directly through official government portals (such as Grants.gov or the relevant agency website) before making any application, funding, or strategic decisions. GrantMetric is not responsible for losses or decisions made based on data displayed on this platform.

The GrantMetric platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrantMetric expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 9. Limitation of Liability

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GrantMetric Intelligence Systems and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
